Celta Vigo is in negotiations with Girona to sign winger Viktor Tsygankov, a move that could affect Valencia's plans. According to Superdeporte, the Catalan club has been monitoring the Ukrainian international throughout the summer.

Tsygankov, who has over 100 top-flight appearances and can play both right wing and inside, is attractive for Celta due to his LaLiga experience. However, salaries are a significant obstacle for the club.

Valencia Focuses on Ramazani

Valencia continues to prioritize Largie Ramazani as their first choice for the right flank. The player was key in securing the team's survival last season and is willing to return, maintaining contact with members of his squad.

The complication arises from Leeds, where the English club wishes to sell Ramazani permanently, but the fees involved are beyond Valencia's reach. Moreover, Leeds is not inclined to repeat a loan deal.
