“Left winger capable of occupying different attacking positions, Vlad stands out for his speed and ability to create advantages in one-on-one situations. His offensive profile, combined with a good understanding of space, makes him a player with great potential and fully aligned with the club’s youth talent strategy,” states Celta Vigo's press release.

The young player from Guinea-Bissau, aged 17, has played a total of 26 matches in Portugal's Second Division for Paços de Ferreira, scoring one goal and providing an assist. Additionally, the attacker participated twice in the Taça de Portugal.

Vladimir Silva is Celta Fortuna’s first signing for their debut season in Spain’s second division. The sports department also has Hugo Cuenca, a Paraguayan international, on the radar.
