Celta Vigo has entered the top 10 most valuable football brands in Spain, according to the Brand Finance Football 50 2025 report. The club has a valuation of 54 million euros and has recorded a 26% annual growth, the second highest increase in LaLiga. The BSI index of the club, which measures the perception, reputation, and recognition of the brand in different markets, has increased from 51 to 57 points out of 100. This represents a 12% growth and places Celta as the seventh most improved football brand globally in this indicator, and the one that grows the most in brand strength within LaLiga. The event to present these data was held at the Salón Regio de A Sede in Vigo, where LaLiga and the General Council of Economists of Spain organized a recognition event for Celta. The act included the delivery of the transparency and excellence in non-financial information disclosure seal, a recognition that few football clubs in Spain access. The club's president, Marián Mouriño, shared a round table with Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, and Miguel Vázquez Taín, president of the General Council of Economists. Mouriño highlighted that the results presented are the result of a long-term vision. The club has a net worth of 57 million euros and has recorded 191 million euros in total income over the last five years, a period in which it has also invested 72 million euros. These figures, according to the organizers of the event, demonstrate the real scope of the transformation project that drives the entity. In terms of sustainability, Celta exceeds the sector average in indicators such as leadership, infrastructure management, supply chain, sustainable mobility, or relationship with its interest groups. The club thus consolidates a management model aligned with ESG standards, which measure the environmental, social, and corporate governance performance of organizations. The growth of the brand and financial solidity have as a backdrop the Celta360 project, the future sports city of the club.
